Our construction team adds water-isolation chemicals to the basis of the villa before the cement is poured for the ground-work. As a result the chemicals will block potential absorption of groundwater by the hardened cement, which could cause problems in the future like house-paint coming off the walls. Cement, after it hardens, starts to absorb the water and humidity from the ground and consequently transmits it to the top of the residence. Without the necessary applications your house would be humid during the summer time and wall-paint would come off every single year. These experiences are very influential on the future use of the villa.
On the other hand, we also put special chemicals into the prepared cement to block the outside absorbing power of hardened cement; this mostly works for rain and humidity.
Yaman Construction works with very large cement producers and uses the top quality prepared cement in our developments. Because we do not produce our own prepared cement, for security and environmental reasons, we do test the prepared cement every day for every part of our construction. The tests are made in a lab after the cement is poured and consequently the results come after. We never had bad results, but if we have, the developments will be RUINED.
